Zum Spätzle

Having grown up on a farm in the Swabia, Elisabeth Wehrle opened Zum Spätzle to serve delicious Bavarian home cooking. Hers is not only the cutest bistro in Neustadt, it is also ecologically inclined: while all the beers and cheeses are “imports”, most other ingredients used are local and organic.
